Leila Astarabadi is an Integrative Wellness Practitioner, Wellness Educator and Lead Therapist at Cove Wellness. Leila is passionate and dedicated to helping others transform, evolve, grow and achieve their optimal health and vitality on all levels – mind, body + spirit. Leila takes a holistic, growth-minded and heart-centered approach to wellness, creating a platform to manifest results at your highest frequency of health.
Leila weaves together a synthesis of all her knowledge, skills + wisdom through her specialties, which include: Ayurvedic Medicine; Abhyanga massage, Pre-natal + Post-natal; Panchakarma; Herbal Medicine; Sound Healing Therapies (Acutonics); Craniosacral Therapy; Lymphatic Cupping and Detoxification Massage; Fire Cupping; Bio-energetic Healing; Therapeutic Yoga + Breath Work, Meditation; Psych-K and Evolutionary Astrology. In her spare time, she enjoys being out in nature, spending time with family, traveling and teaching her Mentorship Course: Soul Resonance Healing Certification Course.
Leila is a graduate of the Southern California University of Health Sciences. Practicing for over 20 years and continually loving to learn and study, she has trained in many traditions of yoga, healing and esoteric studies in the US and abroad. Leila’s background includes: Five year’s combined clinical work at the Susan Samueli Institute for Integrative Medicine (UCI Health) as well as SCU clinic in Whittier, CA.; Integrative Wellness practice in NYC and Southern California; studying at MSC, Sports Medicine, Orthopedic Reconstruction, Regenerative Medicine and Trauma; CEO and Designer of her own clothing label, Conscious Cloth, NYC.
Karin Graff
Karin is pleased to be part of the Cove Wellness team. Being new to the world of massage; she has already absorbed many various modalities on her journey to health and wellness.
She specializes in Hot Basalt Stone with a special Himalayan Salt Stone exfoliation combination , Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, and Medicupping therapies. Bringing her soothing stylistic interpretation of calming energy to the practice, she incorporates smooth sweeping two handed oscillating strokes, adding artistic life and variations in composition. Studying both Western and Eastern styles of massage, she creates a warm safe environment and puts her heart into each and every client she treats.
She also studied Medicinal Anthropology at CSUSM earning her bachelor’s degree. With her passion for natural plant healing remedies, she minored in Ethnobotany working with the local Kumeyaay and Luiseno tribes of San Diego county.
She is a proud mother who has a young ballerina daughter who dances with the Encinitas ballet company. Karin loves to paint , draw, write creation stories and poetry. Bringing her knowledge of the native environment, she is on a path to make a great impact in the wellness business.
Tatiana Samudio
Tatiana Samudio is a passionate, dedicated healthcare professional and wellness therapist for more than 20 years with a deep commitment to helping individuals achieve optimal health and well-being. Originally from Brazil, her Physical therapist background gives strong expertise, not only in manual therapy, skilled in hands-on techniques to manipulate and mobilize muscles and joints to reduce pain and improve range of motion through Massages, Cuppings, Stone Massage and Myofascial techniques but also a very strong experience in the aesthetic field, where her home country has the latest advanced techniques for Body Shaping and cellulite combat. She brings a comprehensive and integrative approach to wellness that addresses the body and well-being.
Her approach is centered on her core principles, personalized care, empathy, and evidence-based practices, ensuring that each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of every client.She is excited to continue her journey in the wellness field, working alongside the clients to promote health, healing, and happiness.
