Karin Graff
Karin is pleased to be part of the Cove Wellness team. Being new to the world of massage; she has already absorbed many various modalities on her journey to health and wellness.
She specializes in Hot Basalt Stone with a special Himalayan Salt Stone exfoliation combination , Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, and Medicupping therapies. Bringing her soothing stylistic interpretation of calming energy to the practice, she incorporates smooth sweeping two handed oscillating strokes, adding artistic life and variations in composition. Studying both Western and Eastern styles of massage, she creates a warm safe environment and puts her heart into each and every client she treats.
She also studied Medicinal Anthropology at CSUSM earning her bachelor’s degree. With her passion for natural plant healing remedies, she minored in Ethnobotany working with the local Kumeyaay and Luiseno tribes of San Diego county.
She is a proud mother who has a young ballerina daughter who dances with the Encinitas ballet company. Karin loves to paint , draw, write creation stories and poetry. Bringing her knowledge of the native environment, she is on a path to make a great impact in the wellness business.

Tatiana Samudio
Tatiana Samudio is a passionate, dedicated healthcare professional and wellness therapist for more than 20 years with a deep commitment to helping individuals achieve optimal health and well-being. Originally from Brazil, her Physical therapist background gives strong expertise, not only in manual therapy, skilled in hands-on techniques to manipulate and mobilize muscles and joints to reduce pain and improve range of motion through Massages, Cuppings, Stone Massage and Myofascial techniques but also a very strong experience in the aesthetic field, where her home country has the latest advanced techniques for Body Shaping and cellulite combat. She brings a comprehensive and integrative approach to wellness that addresses the body and well-being.
Her approach is centered on her core principles, personalized care, empathy, and evidence-based practices, ensuring that each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of every client.She is excited to continue her journey in the wellness field, working alongside the clients to promote health, healing, and happiness.

Millan Chessman, CCT, BS
Millan Chessman is a Certified Colon Hydrotherapist (CCT) and has been a dedicated professional in the field of alternative health for over 44 years. She received her certification in 1981 and has been a member and instructor with the International Association of Colon Therapy since 1994.
Millan is the author of Cleanse Internally, the first book written about professional colon hydrotherapy, which became a national bestseller. She has since authored two additional books: Fast Fat Flush and Cookbook Vegetarian Delights.
Throughout her career, Millan has received numerous awards, appeared on radio and television, and has been quoted in multiple health publications, including How Not to Age by Dr. Michael Greger, MD.
She began her work under the mentorship of Dr. William Saccoman, MD, and went on to own San Diego’s largest alternative health clinic, Rainbow Nutrition, from 1982 to 1995. From there, she founded and ran A One Fasting Retreat until 2023.
She now brings her extensive knowledge and experience to Cove Wellness, where she continues to support clients on their path to optimal health through her specialized detox program.
